While watching Gossip Girl last night...I found myself asking the question, "Where have I seen that dress before?" Blair was caught in a scandal involving a Matthew Williamson dress from his Spring 2010 Collection. At least she looked fantastic right? No one does embellishment quite like Mr. Williamson (as you can see from this gorg halter gown).
